Chobe West, on the plateau.

On a plateau overlooking the Chobe River floodplain and the Namibian border. The lodge sits on a wildlife corridor between the Chobe Forest and the Chobe River.

It is also a practical base for the wider region — a gateway to Maun, Savuti and Linyanti, and to Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia.

A bio-sewage system produces grey water used solely for irrigating the garden, and replanting favours indigenous trees.
